Does it matter which company I pick for the second infrastructure project?

Ive been following this centrist reformist guide and it said to invest in the Sarna Agricultural Zone but not which company to select. Since it didn't mention that I assume it's not important (they all cost the same anyway) but I'd like to ask here to be sure. I picked Taurus Holdings for the last one but it wasn't finished on time.
