Few questions about upgrading NTD box (FTTP)

I have purchased an apartment in a complex that currently has the old 4 port box. Settlement is a few weeks away.

1. How long from ordering the upgrade did it take for the install?

2. For those with the new 4 port box, was there a size difference and did it leave a hole in your wall that requires patching?

3. Because I’m in a complex, is this something that’s going to be more complicated to install or do they simply move the existing cabling in the wall into the new box?
