Unrefrigerate after opening

I did a secondary fermentation at room temp for two days, then refrigerated for one. It’s too sweet for my liking, and also not very carbonated. Ideally I would have let it secondary ferment at room temp longer. So, can I return the opened bottles to room temp to let them ferment longer? They’re glass swingtop bottles.
