Would you pick up Jakobi Meyers off waivers right now?

Somebody in my 14-team league dropped him because they needed a fill-in quarterback. Should I pick him up in hopes that he gets traded to another team? If so, which of my current WRs do I drop - Ricky Pearsall or Quentin Johnston?

(Chris Godwin is also available on waivers but I am assuming that wouldn't be much of an upgrade for me.)
