has anyone had their wisdom teeth removed?

long story short i have a good handful of medical conditions now🥲 including poor healing + inflammation issues and issues with my jaw presumably due to eds. i was diagnosed with tmj randomly a few yrs ago and haven’t been able to open my mouth more than a finger or 2 since. come to find the connective tissue between my jaw joints has worn down and grinded the bone. now i have to get my wisdom teeth out, but they don’t even know how they’re going to get them out with my limited mouth opening. i’m terrified of how i’m going to heal. im in the process of looking for a new job and can’t afford to spend weeks/months at home healing. i had an small abscess recently in my face that blew up the entire right side of my cheek and im still recovering 3 weeks later. the hospital isn’t giving me antibiotics or steroids or anything to help with the healing process besides “pain meds” which usually means tylenol, which doesn’t work on me at all. i had to beg the er on 3 separate occasions for medicine stronger than ibuprofen because of trauma to my mouth. i’ve been given morphine with little success in eliminating pain. PLEASE has anyone had issues with their jaw due to eds/tmj and gotten their wisdom teeth out and bounced back? i desperately need some success stories because all i hear are horror stories from people who have otherwise perfectly healthy bodies.
