Looking for help. Unable to respond to support ticket on Embark website.

Hi,

I raised a support ticket on the Embark website. I received a response yesterday, however when I click on the link in my email to respond it just takes me to the profile page. There's no way to respond to the ticket from what I can see. Does anyone know how to fix this?
