Should I start freelancing?
I feel like I have enough experience to easily market myself as an independent and it is time for me to become my own boss. However, I realise there are also downsides to freelancing and I feel like my current wage is very decent as is.
Should I go for it? Should I ask my boss to work via him so he can keep a cut and I dont have to look for clients initially and I can have a smooth freelancer startup phase?
Any and all advice welcome.
