Nita’s best build

Just a quick question about Nita’s best build. I know it can vary but let’s say the most common one. For example, for brawl ball, sneaky fields against a tank maybe. Why I am asking is because I thought usually there are 2 somewhat equal builds depending on the preference and the enemy’s comp. The one with the stun and fast bear, so that you actually make use if the stun, or the one with the shield and healing star power, usually for the cases when enemies struggle to deal a lot of damage to the bear. But if I understood correctly, I have heard once Symantec blaming using the shield gadget and saying you have to use the stun gadget and the healing star power. So, I did not quite get that, I guess and that is why I would like to start a little discussion here.
