Prolonged automatic on/off of 220v

We’ve recently bought a smallish boat and I would like to replace shore power with an EcoFlow. The boat is mainly for day trips so I really only want it for two tings:

Charging the 12v batteries onboard and occasional 220v if needed. I intend to charge it by solar panel. To make sure I’ve got some spare capacity I figure a delta 3 is probably the way to go. Especially since I can use it for other stuff as well.

My question is: Can I automate it so that it’s always turned on, and will automatically turn on 220v when it’s above a certain SOC? (Say 70%) That way I figure I can keep some reserve but charge the 12v bank every time the solar panel brings the SOC above a certain level. I would also need it to then turn off 220v automatically when soc drops below some level. (Say 30%) Is this possible?

For any boaters who wonders why: this is a 24 foot day/weekendcruiser. We’re in the process of downsizing from a 45 ft sailboat, so I’m familiar with traditional shore power, solar panels and inverters. I don’t want shore power since there aren’t enough control on stray ground currents in my home harbour, and I’m looking at both making the costliest investment (the delta 3) multi purpose and getting a stand alone «smart» solution without all the setup. I’ve got a delta 2 and love it, so I would like to upgrade ;)
