Romance with Karlach (important question)

I don't speak English, sorry if I wrote somethings wrong.

So, in I act, on party after I killed goblins, I spend night with Shadowheart. But after that I changed my mind and decided to romance Karlach (she's damn hot). But I've changed it after a ~10 hours of playing and I don't want restarting from that save. Now I'm in Act II, that save just deleted, I repaired Karlach machine and... Nothing. I had a scene where Gale was teaching me what to do with weave. But after I repair Karlach nothing. I think, on party I said by accident that she doesn't interest me or something like that. And can I romance her now? And how?

I wouldn't mind romancing Shadowheart, but this is my second playthrough, and I actually romanced her in the first. I've got some bug and don't seen a THAT scene with her, thought I'd see THAT in this,but... my favourite color is red. And IDK what to do. I'm just don't want restarting ALL, it's too stuffy. I try cheat engine, but it doesn't work my way. I seen a more difficult way with CT, if anyone don't help, I try it.
