Which Upgrades for Older Asus: Dell, Alienware or MSI?

Would you please help me choose an upgrade for my PC /Xbox/Work setup? I really need crystal clear text quality, as I work with spreadsheets and data entry a lot during the day. Then I game in the evenings (casual stuff like Balder's Gate 3 and Diablo 4). I really don't want a monitor with speakers, as I have decent enough speakers as is. I would be buying 2 or 3 to fill out my desk.

Brief System Specs:

• PC: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
• Monitors: (2) 2021 Asus VG278QR
• Xbox Series X tied into 1 of the 3 monitors
• Work: Dell Latitude 5450

Here are the options I've been looking at:

1. The Dell S2725QS at $240 stands out for its text clarity but seems like it's garbage for games. 
2. The Alienware AW2725DM $190 seems the reverse.
3. The MSI G274QPF at $150 seems like a deal, but may be same boat as the Alienware: MSI 27" WQHD IPS Nvidia G-Sync Gaming Monitor | Costco

Which would be the better option for long days of office work (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and casual gaming on the side?
