I rinsed with peppermint soap and water to get rid of bugs and wiped the leaves down well. I don't love repotting until they've adjusted to their new home a little bit, but she's kind of getting in her own way already and might be better off.

Main issues:

\-Growing out of the pot. I've added a few stakes but it feels akin to putting out a fire with my mist bottle.  
  
\-Crowding. Some of the leaves have folded in on themselves, I think just because there are so many growing and there isn't enough space for all of them.  
  
\-Significant damage to a few leaves. Not sure if I should just chop them off entirely?  
  
\-Keeps whispering, "Feed me" and breaking into 60's rock musical numbers.  
  
\-Aerial roots. I've always tucked aerials but these ones are long and there are a lot of them. I don't know if I can even get them all in the pot.  
  
\-Facing one direction/really only in one half of the pot. She's a jungle from the front but super sparse in the back. None of the leaves are facing the back, which I think is just kind of the nature of monstera, but it feels very clumped together.

Got this absolute queen for $100 yesterday but she's super unruly. What would be your first steps on making her happy and healthy (and pretty)? Repot? Cut the aerials? Propagate? Hire some guy named Seymour to care for her?
