Critique my 60-day sprint to land my first healthcare web design client.

Hi everyone,

I'm 8 days into a 60-day sprint to get my first paying web design client.

My Niche: I'm a pharmacy grad targeting healthcare clinics. I understand their world and see how their "patient-losing" websites are failing them.

My Strategy:

1. Find clinics with bad websites on Google.
2. Record a 5-10-minute "video redesign" for them, showing how to build patient trust.
3. Email this video to them as a "free sample."

My Question: With a hard deadline to get profit before 2025 ends, is this "free video" strategy the fastest path to a client? Or am I just creating free work that won't convert in time?

I would be grateful for any and all advice on this.
