wrong dose of mounjaro

My husband accidentally injected 5 mg of Mounjaro instead of the 2.5 mg for the first dose. I was really scared that it might cause serious side effects. It’s been 11 hours since the injection and he is feeling fine. Has anyone had a similar experience?
