New to the Brick - how do I apply themes? (NextUI)

Just got the Brick as a gift. I have the "Aesthetics" pak installed with NextUI and downloaded a bunch of themes but...how do I actually Apply them? There doesn't seem to be an option outside of manually going through every icon, wallpaper etc which seems painful.

Feel like I'm missing something.
