Manic bipolar with litihium

Hi. Im an almost 40f that was diagnosed with manic bipolar when I was 26. After talking to my psych Dr, therapist and a few other med profs, and I am the only patient with my diagnosis that they treat. Really what I am looking for is anyone with the same diagnosis. I feel like im drowning in anxiety 24/7 and I have 0 touchstones to discuss these issues with. I really would love to connect to others with this diagnosis (only 4% bipolar pop has) so I know it is a reach. But im desperate. Can anyone relate? Thanks in advance.
