Appearance: Fall like Jericho manifests as a dark mist, visible to stand and non stand users. The mist is not thick enough to impair vision nearby, but it makes hard to see far.

Abilities: While touching the mist, people become unable to think quietly and they find themselves verbalizing all of their thoughts. People remembering a conversation would find themselves recreating it making their best impresion of the voice of every participant.

Also, inside Fall like Jericho people become unable to visualize something, so when they think about doing something they find themselves inmediatly doing it instead of thinking of it.

What people do inside the mist doesn't break physics, so someone imagining themselves flying would find themselves letting themselves fall to the ground or moving the arms like a bird.

Stats:

Power E: Since the stand is just mist it lacks the ability to interact with physical objects.

Speed B: Lacking weight or form, Fall like Jericho can change shape and move with great agility.

Range C: Fall like Jericho can expand to cover dozens of meters while the user is inside it, when not the stand can move 15 meters from the user while being a size of about 3 cubic meters.

Durability A: Being mist, conventional attacks don't work on Fall like Jericho. Strong winds can disperse it momentarily, but not damage it.

Precision D: Fall like Jericho effects anyone near it, and while it can change shape it mostly fills the whole room it's inside needing high degree of concentration to leave people intentionallynout of it.

Potential C: It's user uses Fall like Jericho to make their victims fall to intruding thoughts or make them unable to plan. With more practice one could be able to exploit the fact that their opponents become unable to plan or feint or use it to basically read minds by making pointed questions.
