Looking for this anime's name to watch with my best friends

Idk its name but i got this info:

• Childhood scene: a rich girl confesses to a poor boy in/near a forest (background is trees).
• She says that if he accepts she (or her family) will pay his father's debt / help clear his family's debt.
• The boy refuses out of pride/self-respect. Years later he regrets it.
• Artstyle: Japanese manga / shoujo-ish school setting. I can't remember character names (the English names I used were “Lisa” & “Jack” but I think those are not original). Any leads — titles, screenshots, or episode/chapter references — would be huge help, thank you!
