Auadhd , 30s and socializing

I have autism and adhd… I’m in my 30s recently divorced with one kiddo who is also auadhd …. It’s a lonely world with zero social skills. I spend 42 hours a week having to be social in an office job. It’s difficult , but even more difficult making any friendships or relationships. By the time evening, weekends roll around my socializing bar is on zero maybe even in the negative.

Halloween was just me and my son meandering the neighborhood and I felt envious of the groups of adults with their kiddos. I don’t know how to do that. I used to have friends but the narcissistic ex husband always placed some sort of earworm about them on repeat that I backed out.
