[TOMT] Sci-fi short story collection, green cover with blue beetle.

I read it when I was 14 or so, it was a collection of sci-fi short stories (not sure if it was all one author or multiple authors). Some specific stories included one about as body-switching mercenary and a woman who falls in love with a sentient, organic spaceship.

From what I remember, the cover was bright lime green with a mechanical blue beetle on the cover. Any help would be great!
