What can I do?

Hello so my baby mom wants to put me on child support because she might leave I’m not sure yet because I told her not to take my daughter(1yr 3 month) with her over night if she goes see a random male she doesn’t know and she just got a dui ticket like two weeks ago and has no job so what are the odds I can just turn this around and get full custody because I don’t want my daughter with her if she is gonna take her when she goes to see random guys and as for me I just got off 2 year probation for a gun charge never had anything violent and I work as a maintenance mechanic currently and got an associates degree in electrical so I feel like I got the upper hand in winning a case besides that I work all night and go to school during the day so I don’t have lots of time to see her but I am the only provider for both of them , I want at least most of the parental rights and don’t want her seeing my daughter at night idk if that’s a thing until she can act like a mom
