Bryant 90Plus from the 80’s

Yes I know it’s old and should probably be replaced. I’m a frugal and stubborn DIYer and in my quest to gain knowledge in all areas of home improvement, here we are.

Replaced original HH84AA015 board after some condensation got behind the board and fried a relay.

Burners will stay on and inducer runs but blower immediately cycles continuously.

Here is what I’ve already done:
- Installed new ICM275 board after- all connections checked as well as grounds
- Installed new filter
- Checked inlet and outlet lines via camera for blockages (none)
- Replaced condensate line from inducer box that was clogged and kinked
- Cleaned out inducer box - gunk and water
- Checked high limit - has continuity
- Checked pressure sensor and vacuum lines working, continuity, and clear
- Cleaned out

Here is what I haven’t tried yet:
- Replacing pressure switch
- Replacing condensate trap - this broke when I disconnected
- Front door safety switch doesn’t seem functional - contemplating replacing that
- cleaning blower - seems like a pain
- cleaning AC coil - same as above
- Replacing blower capacitor
- There’s an R18 jumper on the board which I was considering cutting - not sure that would help

Any/all ideas are welcome!

Blower short cycles immediately after board replacement
