Severe breakout on neck

Heeelllp. For the past month ish, I (25 F) keep having major breakouts of acne all over under my chin and neck. It is not cystic acne. I can’t cover it up with makeup because it makes it even worse/last longer, so I just go to work every day super insecure 🥲😣 I clean my sheets weekly, wash my face 2x daily, and only drink water! I’ve been using a La Roche Posay face wash for over a year now. What should I do!? Any tips are appreciated:))
