Medicine interaction question.

Little back story I 19F took one ibuprofen tablet for period cramps and about 4-5 hours later took 2 kids pepto tablets for a upset stomach I was about to eat my favorite dinner but was worried about having a upset stomach so without thinking I took the pepto-bismol.

After researching I find out that ibuprofen and pepto even hours apart can be dangerous. What should I expect and will I be ok? I get super nervous when it comes to things like this and I really don’t want to haft to make a hospital trip any advice or information I should know now would be greatly appreciated.
