Is it still available to get the free set??

I’ve been running around lately and started a driving class today and never got the chance to log on for the first time and play.. sort of, I did but at the time the bug with the tutorial was going on so I couldn’t get to the shop. Are they leaving the set up for grabs until bugs are fixed or did I completely miss it :(
