Rules on refunding a game

I know getting a refund on a game from this greedy, money hungry, wallet grabbing, self centered, self obsessed company is like tryna get a purple heart but there has to and I mean has to be a way to get a refund if my game LITERALLY DOSE NOT WORK, RIGHT? Or nah if not there’s gotta be something mfs can do legally cos Skyrim oblivion mixed with PlayStations rules on refunding genuinely got me thinking on a lawsuit. Im only 17 but I’ll try it I swear man. Someone help with an answer plss thanks
