Question about my situation

Sorry if this has been answered before, however I see most posts on here are from people already deeper into the hiring process, or are already agents.

Just seeking advice on my current situation. I applied (10/27) to the open enrollment announcement. I am 19 almost 20 years old and don’t have an extensive resume due to my age. However, I’m very passionate about joining this agency. Can anyone give some insight on the reality of me getting the job? I’m about to receive my associates degree in December and have worked two jobs for the past almost 5 years. I’ll take any advice! Feel free to ask anything in response! Thanks guys.
