Guys i regret what i did in episode 3. How can i redo my choices?

Guys i fired sonar. Yes i know...bad idea. I did it cause i though coop might be better for my team(game wise), but then realized i just LOVE sonar's personality and voice(Big moist man himself) way more than coop. I can't imagine losing this guy and thinking i'll have to play until ep 8 without seeing him again in any scenes(didn't even think about that in the moment).

Is it possible to replay episode 3 and have my choices be overwritten for the episodes after, or do i have to replay the entire game again? If that's what it takes...so be it. Is there a way to skip things btw, and just get to the choices? IK that makes no sense for a story game like this, but what if i just want to see what response each option gives me? Idk im pulling straws here, i just wanna get through this faster.

TLDR: i fired sonar and wanna know if i can replay ep 3 to change the impact of my choices for all episodes after. If not i will replay the entire game again.
