Problem with touch controls

I recently connected a Gamepad to Minecraft Bedrock via Bluetooth, everything was going well but when I disconnected it and wanted to play with the touch controls the game continued to show me everything as if it were with the Gamepad connected, I tried to log out and log back into the application but it doesn't work, the touch controls don't appear and the UI is useless, I wanted to know if someone could help me
