First/Third person open worlds

Hi, im looking for games with a good character customization system within the open world survival game genre.

A good example would be something like The witcher or RDR but creating my own character. I dont mind if its about zombies, medieval, in space or whatever.

I already played Skyrim, Fallout and Stalker so apart from that or MMOs feel free to recommend any game.
