Information cannot travel faster than light, but communication can?
OK here we go...there must be a flaw in here somewhere but I can't find it.
Dark Helmet is furious that Princess Druidia won't leave Lone Starr for him. He is orbiting Druidia in his Death Star and keeps asking permission from President Skrewb to blow up the planet.
Skrewb is annoyed, and knows he will have to send his whole fleet of star destroyers (currently at Planet Spaceball) to Druidia, 10 LY away to put down a rebellion from Druidia-friendly planets in the neighborhood if Dark Helmet is allowed to blow up Druidia.
The problem is, Skrewb needs his fleet to maintain order near Planet Spaceball, and he knows the Druidians have spies everywhere and will find out if he just orders the attack on Druidia 10 LY away. Got that?

President Skrewb Dark Helmet
So Skrewb decides to send 30 special boxes, each created with a single electron along with a corresponding "twin" box with an entangled counterpart, to Dark Helmet. Each of these boxes is labelled 1-30.
Dark Helmet is instructed to open three boxes starting with box number 1 on his birthday (March 15) for 10 years. If all three boxes are spin up, he has permission to blow up Planet Druidia since President Skrewb will also open three boxes, starting with number 1, on that same day and will know, based on whether he gets three spin down boxes on his end whether he needs to send his fleet to quell any resistance.
If, after 10 years, he does not get three spin up boxes, he may not fire. If, on any March 15, he does get three spin up boxes, he may fire that day.
So, my question is, if Dark Helmet and President Screwb are able to both decide to attack based on the entangled electrons, while they are not sending information, are they not communicating information? That is, if 2 parties can communicate faster than the speed of light and make decisions based on information outside of their "light cone" or "causality cone" because they have an agreed upon key to the information revealed by entangled particles, what implications might that hold?
