Admittedly, I am far from an expert on PC building/maintenance and I NEED help.

I am trying to update my BIOS Version but I am struggling to figure out if I am downloading the correct version of the 80 different ones offered on the manufacturer's website. I have a B550M PRO-VDH WIFI and my current version is E7C95AMS.290. Using the guide on the website didn't help because it makes it look like they are downloading the wrong version based on how they describe it.

It describes it as "Download the new BIOS version that matches the current BIOS version number." They then proceed to download a BIOS version number that doesn't appear to match the current BIOS version number. I'm very confused and I don't want to break my PC but also want it to run properly(been having regular crashes; BIOS and Chipset drivers are the only things I haven't updated yet).
