So this is an update on something I posted about (and deleted).

Some of you might have remembered my (18F) post about my "friend" (18M, who I called 'Shredder' for the post).

I explained the convo I attached but I'll briefly explain again in case:

So me and Shredder made plans to meet up, he picked the day and confirmed the time, and all of a sudden he had a canceled flight. I also explained how he never texts first and how I always have to in order to talk to him. Finally, I explained how he was my friend from high school and he only talked to me when there was nobody else to talk to, and that he hung out with me because nobody else at our school would. We go to different schools now because I go to uni and he goes to college, and new friend told me he was rude and to stop talking to him.

Sorry if that was rushed.

After seeing my post, many people told me to ghost him and stop talking to him because it is obvious he doesn't want to be my friend, so I decided that was my plan. Until...

He sent me a text first. I responded because I didn't want to seem rude. I feel stupid (sort of?). Idk what advice I want now but I'm a bit confused. He sent me messages and was very dry about it. I stopped after he said "Nothing much" because I don't know what the point is anymore.

Also, on my last post people were saying it seems like I have a crush on him. To clarify. NOOOO. Not ever. I type like that to all my friends because I don't want anyone to think I'm pissed off if I say "oh ok lol" instead of "ohhh okok lolol". It's actually happened before where I've had the "wrong tone" over text and someone thought I was mad. Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk hahah 😭

Anyways, should I have completely ignored him? I feel like t would've been rude if I did but I am not sure.

Also if more context is needed I will clarify if you want me to! Just ask :)

Sorry if there are spelling mistakes or hammer issues, I'm tired. Once again. Lol.

What do I do next? (Shredder update?)
