Date ideas

Hello! I need help trying to think of unique ideas for a date night with a wonderful woman that I’ve just met. This would be our second date and I’m trying to do stuff that would sweep her off her feet.

I’ve got a few ideas but she seems to like science related things, activism, and hardcore music. I would like to stay away from bars and brewery’s and dinner is a must so let’s hear your best hidden gem restaurants please
