RIP Blossom

Last night, 10/31/2025, my mom took our baby girl toy poodle, Blossom potty at 7:40pm. Blossom always goes to the same side of the front yard to do her business and my mom went out with her, as someone always does to make sure everything is okay. My mom started calling her in and didn't see her and she didn't come. She told my dad and he came out to help look for her. They walked all the way around the house twice and then got in a side by side car and start driving around our property. My mom spotted Blossom in the grass covered in blood with a broken neck. She was dead, and a coyote was running off in the distance. My mom said her screaming for Blossom most likely scared the coyote and made it drop her. My mom was screaming and crying and my parents immediately called my siblings and I. I am truly devastated that Blossom is gone, she was only 9 years old and the big sister to my dog Winnie.
