2024 Acura Integra A/C Problems

I bought a REBUILT 2024 acura integra tech. aspec that suffered a front end accident and was half assed put back together. Im having 2 issues that I could use help with from a Honda or acura tech since I know the integra shares alot with the new civic. I can't find much info on it since the car is so new. I took it to an independent shop but they wanted $3000 after the initial diagnosis to tear apart the dash and I'd rather fix it myself if maybe there's a better way that you all know or share some sort of insight on some resources for schematics etc.

1. Im assuming its a blend door problem. The drivers side gets heat but the passenger only gets cold. I also hear a low buzz/whisper noise while the fans are on that may be another symptom. The shop said that their diagnostic tools said that the ac should be functioning properly

2. My driver's side carpet is wet. The shop assumed the drain from the sunroof was routed wrong during the repair but they assumed taking apart the dash/fender would be able to reroute and solve that problem as well
