Narcotic suggestion.

Can anyone tell me what narcotic works best for them?

I have an appointment at a pain clinic and want to know some suggestions. I have exhausted nearly every option for treating this.

(Just for reference, I did try oxycodone 5 mg that I had left over from a surgery, and it only helped about 25% )
