Worried about job security

Agent Question

Hey y'all, I'm twenty and allstate is my second insurance job, and I'm starting to think my agency owner might have unreasonable expectations. Ive only worked in insurance for a year now, beforehand I worked at acceptance after freeway bought it but left because of stress and sexual harassment in the workplace.

Anyway, we are supposed to sell 90 VC items a month as an agency. A VC item is a home policy or a car on a car policy (we can only sell 16 cars a month the rest have to be home to count). So if I sell a car policy with 3 cars that's 3 vc items. The thing is, Allstates rates are super expensive and we've hardly been able to make more than like 20 VC items in a month. Idk if this is Allstates rules or just my agency owner. We also have to make 100 calls a day and don't have health benefits with the company, and our boss refuses to hire more than one service person. He said he's firing everyone if we don't meat the quota this month. OH and we don't make commission if we don't meet vc

Am I overreacting by thinking this is unreasonable
