Good strat? Yeah, I know about the data dump post. Guy basically says it’s only good for 1st and 2nd long

People here frequently cite the “data dump” post for a good strat to use. In the end, the poster says 87% of ints happen on 1st down and 2nd and long. That makes the rest of his posted strat basically useless since it focuses only on getting ints including for short and medium distances that should include formations to combat runs. Does anyone have a good complete strat for all downs and distances that includes formations good against run plays? I’d even settle for general information on formations best against the run.
