PCI/PCIe card with SIM support

Hello,

I'm looking for solutions where I could have a PCI cellular card that connects to the motherboard to have internet for that device. The main points are to find components that connects to mobo via PCI/PCIe, the network card (5G/LTE+) that supports SIM card (internet comes from SIM card) and devices supports linux-based OS.

I did found some devices online, but I am not sure how well they would work. Mostly they appear as Wi-Fi cards for laptops.

Is there any particular device i should look into? Any potential drawbacks?
