Why is this not a feature?

While I appreciate the effort developers put into the accessories and cosmetics, we need a way to toggle their visibility without removing them. This would allow us to easily show or hide accessories, especially for race V4, like the cyborg mask and wings, which I find a bit ugly. I just want the option to hide them from my avatar as a quality-of-life feature.
