Starting Out in Life

Hey guys, I am a sophomore in Wisconsin with good grades with a GPA of 4 and wanting to get my life in order to hopefully become an anesthesiologist. I am just wondering if the people of the internet have any tips to help me get the best head start to start my long time of schooling?
