Face burning after applying moisturizer cream

Hello!. I’ve been on tret for about a month and a couple days now. I’ve been seeing amazing results since I’ve started but, beginning this week I’ve noticed that when I apply moisturizer cream after tret my skin starts to burn.

My routine:

Morning: Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, Clindamycin Phosphate lotion, Cerave Moisturizer Cream, Super Goop Unseen Sunscreen. (In that order)

Night: Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2%, Tretinoin 0.025%, and Cerave Moisturizer cream. (In that order)

Last week I switched from the Cetaphil water gel moisturizer, to a cream like my dermatologist recommended and also added the Alpha Arbutin to combat dark spots. I had been using the cetaphil cream and noticed burning, but today I tried the Cerave Cream and also noticed burning.

Am I applying something the wrong way? Why is my face burning?.
