My device is no longer pairing. What gives?

Anybody else’s thing just stop connecting out of the blue? My device connected to my phone, I changed a temperature setting, then it stopped connecting entirely. Anybody else have this issue? I tried the 7 click thing and it didn’t do anything. What’s up with that?
