What does it mean if you spend all night and well into the morning cuddling with a girl?

I went out last week with my best friend, her bf, and her bf’s brother. At the end of the night I couldn’t get a ride and he offered for me to spend the night with him, he gave me some clothes to wear and we climbed into bed. We spent all night cuddling and most of the morning with occasional chat between falling back asleep and waking up again. When it came time for me to leave in the AM it felt very back to being friends and left with him saying “I’ll see ya around”. I guess I’m just looking for a man’s opinion on the likelihood of that night meaning anything or if I should just assume we’ll move forward and act like it didn’t?
