What are your preferred ways to run underground wire for residential subpanels?

I do commercial and don’t get out into residential except for side job.

I have to feed a subpanel just under 150 feet from main panel, and it has about 80 feet of underground in between the house and garage.

URD might be the cheapest but I know I can’t bring that inside, unless you guys have any suggestions that make that aspect easy on both sides, the house and garage side.

Homeowner would likely not want to big disconnects or JB’s on side of houses, which is where my head goes for URD.

I could do pvc and THHN which would be my best bet, I think, but would be most expensive, by a lot.

This leads me to wanting to do UF wire. But it just sounds so untrustworthy. But say I did use UF wire, should I just run it the whole way through including inside?

Those are the only 3 ways that comes to mind, please enlighten me if there are any other logical options.
