Does anyone recall the name of this streaming service called Minsu or something like that?

I pay for an app where I can watch shows and live tv from USA and UK but someone told me about this other app called Minsu or Minsoo but I can’t find it anymore, anyone know what I am talking about?

You could pay for it monthly or yearly
