22 month old doesn’t answer yes/no questions

Just wanted to get some insight on what is normal or not. I am going to bring it up to her pediatrician at her 2 year visit but until then, just looking for some outside opinions! My 22 month old has always been on track, she is ok with talking, she knows probably 60ish words, and can understand a lot more. Although something that concerns me is she doesn’t answer yes or no, or answer any other questions at all. She rarely asks for anything at all, if she does she’ll just say that word like “water” or “eat” but if I ask her are you hungry? She’ll just say “eat!” But can’t answer. She’s never answered yes or no at all, although she knows what they mean. Not sure if this is typical or not. TIA!
