Feelings about American immigrants

As a German how do you genuinely feel about foreigners especially American ones? I am a 18F American and I’ve always wanted to live somewhere in Europe but after traveling to Munich, doing research I really fell in love with Germany. However I am worried that immigrating there won’t be easy as dislike for foreigners in much of Europe has increased a lot in the past years. Especially for Americans (which is fair) but it’s still something I wanna consider. I don’t care to live in a bigger city like Berlin I love the mountains and would live out by them if I could, I also 100% believe in learning German before and right as I move there because I see it as respectful.
