4 month old kitten diarrhea

4 month old kitten was taken to emergency vet on Wednesday for lethargy, not eating or drinking. Was found to have 105 fever. ER vet prescribed clavamox and dx fever of unknown origin. Followed up with my vet on Thursday. Prescribed metacam for 3 days. Still had slight fever. She has developed diarrhea. She is eating, drinking and playing. Is there anything I can do to help with the diarrhea? Last dose of metacam was given today. Vet is closed until Monday.
